以陕西学前师范学院图书馆为例，结合三类用户的调查情况，认为优化学前教育馆藏，加强现有馆藏的揭示与开发力度；推进学前教育特色数据库的建设，重点建设数字文献、幼教机构教材等；拓宽学前教育学科文献的采集渠道是提升文献资源特色的途径。

The article takes the library of Shaanxi Xueqian Normal University as an example ,discusses how to construct and organize library of literature resources system of preschool education efficiently .I de-signed questionaries about three kinds of subscribers ,analysis present situation and the problems of the pre-school education in pre -school literature resources construction ,explores measures for promoting the system of pre-school literature resources .The Key countermeasures as follows :optimizing the pre-school education books collection ,revealing and developing efforts to strength existing book collection ;Promoting the pre-school education database construction ,and etc .There are differences in key construc-tion of digital documents ,preschool education institutions ,teaching material ,and so on .This paper also suggest we should widen the channel of the preschool education discipline of the literature collection .
