以用为本的教师绩效考核要以“学校可持续发展、教师专业成长、学生终身发展”为导向,从师德、教学工作量、教学效果、班主任工作、教科研、出勤等六个方面构建考核指标体系,将教师的过程性绩效和总结性绩效有机结合,用效率、成绩、自由及岗位职责规范和引导教师,切实提升教育教学质量。
以用為本的教師績效攷覈要以“學校可持續髮展、教師專業成長、學生終身髮展”為導嚮,從師德、教學工作量、教學效果、班主任工作、教科研、齣勤等六箇方麵構建攷覈指標體繫,將教師的過程性績效和總結性績效有機結閤,用效率、成績、自由及崗位職責規範和引導教師,切實提升教育教學質量。
이용위본적교사적효고핵요이“학교가지속발전、교사전업성장、학생종신발전”위도향,종사덕、교학공작량、교학효과、반주임공작、교과연、출근등륙개방면구건고핵지표체계,장교사적과정성적효화총결성적효유궤결합,용효솔、성적、자유급강위직책규범화인도교사,절실제승교육교학질량。
The evaluation of the performance of the teachers should be guided by three principles:continuing de-veloping of the schools ,the improvement of the professionals ,and the developing of the students .From these princi-ples ,this paper constructs several indicators to guide and enhance the performances of the teaching quality .These in-dicators include professional ethics ,loadings ,effects ,mentor works ,scientific research ,and attendancy .By utilizing these indicators ,evaluation should process in to two steps:in the middle of the semester and at the end of semester . Through these two steps ,evaluation serves as guiding teachers'actings to elevate the overall performances .
