以N,N’-双-3-烯丙基水杨醛缩邻苯二胺( BASPDA) Schiff碱为荧光探针,研究了各种因素对BASPDA和Th( IV)配合物的荧光影响,建立了BASPDA荧光探针分析检测Th(IV)的方法,其线性范围为1.0×10-7 mol/L~2.9×10-5 mol/L,检出限为0.5×10-7 mol/L.
以N,N’-雙-3-烯丙基水楊醛縮鄰苯二胺( BASPDA) Schiff堿為熒光探針,研究瞭各種因素對BASPDA和Th( IV)配閤物的熒光影響,建立瞭BASPDA熒光探針分析檢測Th(IV)的方法,其線性範圍為1.0×10-7 mol/L~2.9×10-5 mol/L,檢齣限為0.5×10-7 mol/L.

The fluorescent probe based on Schiff base N, N’-bis ( 3-allylsalicylidene ) o-phenylened-ia-mine ( BASPDA) for the detection of Th4+ ion was described. It was studied that the various factors,such as solvents,pH,concentration,interfering ion,affected the flu-orescence of BASPDA and Th( IV) complex. And an approach was developed for the de-tection of Th4+ based on BASPDA as fluorescent probe. The linear range was 1. 0 í10 -7 mol/L~2. 9í10 -5 mol/L,and the detection limit was 0. 5í10 -7 mol/L.
