目的：探讨低频与高频超声下胆囊腺肌增生症的声像图特征，比较二者的诊断符合率。方法收集28例术后病理证实为胆囊腺肌增生症的患者，将其术前超声诊断与术后病理诊断进行对照研究，比较低频超声和高频超声的声像图特征及临床诊断符合率。结果28例胆囊腺肌增生症患者中，经低频联合高频超声检查法检出23例，常规低频超声法检出17例，诊断符合率分别为82.1％和60.7％。两种方法比较，差异有统计学意义（ P <0.01）。结论高、低频超声联合检查可提高罗-阿氏窦的显示率，从而提高对胆囊腺肌增生症的诊断符合率，具有重要临床价值。
목적：탐토저빈여고빈초성하담낭선기증생증적성상도특정，비교이자적진단부합솔。방법수집28례술후병리증실위담낭선기증생증적환자，장기술전초성진단여술후병리진단진행대조연구，비교저빈초성화고빈초성적성상도특정급림상진단부합솔。결과28례담낭선기증생증환자중，경저빈연합고빈초성검사법검출23례，상규저빈초성법검출17례，진단부합솔분별위82.1％화60.7％。량충방법비교，차이유통계학의의（ P <0.01）。결론고、저빈초성연합검사가제고라-아씨두적현시솔，종이제고대담낭선기증생증적진단부합솔，구유중요림상개치。
Objective To study ultrasonogram characteristics of gallbladder adenomyomatosis under low-frequency and high-frequency ultrasonic scanning and compare the coincidence of these two ultrasonographies. Methods The final diagnosis of gallbladder adenomyomatosis was made in 28 patients by pathological examination after operation. We contrasted their preoperative ultrasonic diagnosis with the postoperative patho-logic diagnosis,compared the ability to display Rokitansky-Aschoff sinus and the diagnostic coincidence between low-frequency and high-fre-quency ultrasonographies. Results Among 28 patients,23 were detected by combined low- and high-frequency ultrasonography,17 by routine low-frequency ultrasonography;diagnostic coincidence were 82. 1% and 60. 7%,respectively and the difference was statistically significant( P<0. 01). Conclusion Combined use of low - and high-frequency ultrasonography allows better display of Rokitansky-Aschoff sinus and shows high diagnostic coincidence,it has important clinical value in diagnosing gallbladder adenomyomatosis.
