为了优化金线莲( Anoectochilus formosanus Hayata )增殖和生根培养条件,将金线莲无菌苗的顶芽和带节茎段接种到不同种类和浓度的激素以及添加物组合的培养基中进行增殖和生根培养,以筛选出最适合金线莲增殖和生根的培养基.结果表明,金线莲最佳增殖培养基为MS+6-BA 3.0 mg/L+NAA 0.6 mg/L+玉米素( Zeat-in, ZT)0.8 mg/L+香蕉泥100 g/L,顶芽和腋芽的增值倍数分别为3.82和3.13;生根培养基以 MS+NAA 0.5 mg/L+IBA 0.5 mg/L最好,生根率达80%.

The aseptic plantlets of Anoectochilus formosanus were used as material in this paper .The opti-mum media for proliferation and rooting were screened while the terminal buds and stem with axillary of A.formosanus were inoculated onto medium with different kind and concentration of hormones and addi -tives.The results showed that the medium of MS +6-BA 3 mg/L +NAA 0.6 mg/L +Zeatin ( ZT) 0.8 mg/L+banana 100 g/L was most suitable for proliferation of A.formosanus, and that the rate of proliferation for terminal buds and axillary buds was 3.85 and 3.07 respectively .The medium of MS+NAA 0.5 mg/L+IBA 0.5 mg/L was most suitable for rooting of A.formosanus, and the rate of rooting reached 80%.
