大型锂/二氧化锰电池组作为水下自航器的动力电源,以中高倍率电流工作时,会产生大量的废热,若不及时将废热传递至外界环境(海水)时,将对电池组的安全性产生恶劣影响。文中分析了锂/二氧化锰电池的热源和电池组的传热过程,并测量了电池的热功率,通过模拟电池组的废热功率探索了散热处理方法对电池组温度的影响。在水下自航器用锂/二氧化锰电池组设计时,采用综合散热处理方法能够合理控制电池组的温度,且有一定的温度冗余量。
大型鋰/二氧化錳電池組作為水下自航器的動力電源,以中高倍率電流工作時,會產生大量的廢熱,若不及時將廢熱傳遞至外界環境(海水)時,將對電池組的安全性產生噁劣影響。文中分析瞭鋰/二氧化錳電池的熱源和電池組的傳熱過程,併測量瞭電池的熱功率,通過模擬電池組的廢熱功率探索瞭散熱處理方法對電池組溫度的影響。在水下自航器用鋰/二氧化錳電池組設計時,採用綜閤散熱處理方法能夠閤理控製電池組的溫度,且有一定的溫度冗餘量。

When large-scale lithium manganese dioxide battery continuously works at a middle /high rate current for UUV electric propulsion , much heat energy is produced and accumulated , which has a bad influence on safe-ty.Firstly,the heat source of battery and the heat-transferring process were analyzed , the heat power was meas-ured, then the influences of heat treatment on lithium battery system were studied by simulating the heat power of a battery pile .The experimental results show that the use of integrated -heat-treatment can suitably reduce the maximum temperature and provide an extra space of temperature , sufficing the requirements of UUV .
