为了研究换热器的传热性能与双螺旋折流板换热器的螺旋角的关系,通过建立多个不同螺旋角的管壳式换热器模型,运用数值计算的技术手段对其进行模拟,并对其数值模拟结果进行对比分析。结果表明:双螺旋折流板换热器存在最佳螺旋角使得换热器的换热性能最优。相同换热器结构的条件下,壳程进口流量对双螺旋折流板换热器的最佳螺旋角没有影响。随着壳径的增大,双螺旋折流板式换热器的最佳螺旋角有下降趋势。
為瞭研究換熱器的傳熱性能與雙螺鏇摺流闆換熱器的螺鏇角的關繫,通過建立多箇不同螺鏇角的管殼式換熱器模型,運用數值計算的技術手段對其進行模擬,併對其數值模擬結果進行對比分析。結果錶明:雙螺鏇摺流闆換熱器存在最佳螺鏇角使得換熱器的換熱性能最優。相同換熱器結構的條件下,殼程進口流量對雙螺鏇摺流闆換熱器的最佳螺鏇角沒有影響。隨著殼徑的增大,雙螺鏇摺流闆式換熱器的最佳螺鏇角有下降趨勢。

To investigate the relationships between the heat transfer coefficient and baffle helix angle of double -helical baffles heat exchanger , the physical and mathematical model of double-helical baffles heat exchanger with different baffles helix angle were developed .The results show that the optimization baffles helix angle results in the highest heat transfer coefficient of double-helical baffles heat exchanger;the inlet flow flux of shell side has no effect on the optimization baffles helix angle for those heat exchanger with the same heat transfer structure . The optimization baffles helix angle tends to decrease with the tube diameter increment of double -helical baffles heat exchanger .
