通过盆栽试验研究甲基对硫磷降解菌对青菜和黄瓜苗鲜重、干重及株高的影响。结果表明,甲基对硫磷降解菌能够在5 d内有效地降解喷施在土壤中的甲基对硫磷,解除甲基对硫磷对黄瓜生长的抑制作用,并显著促进黄瓜干物质的生成和积累。甲基对硫磷降解菌对矮脚黄青菜鲜重、干重的影响不明显。
通過盆栽試驗研究甲基對硫燐降解菌對青菜和黃瓜苗鮮重、榦重及株高的影響。結果錶明,甲基對硫燐降解菌能夠在5 d內有效地降解噴施在土壤中的甲基對硫燐,解除甲基對硫燐對黃瓜生長的抑製作用,併顯著促進黃瓜榦物質的生成和積纍。甲基對硫燐降解菌對矮腳黃青菜鮮重、榦重的影響不明顯。

The effect study of parathion-methyl degrading bacterium inoculated into soil on the growth of cucumber and greengrocery was carried out by pot experiment. The results showed that parathion-methyl inoculated into soil could be effectively degraded by parathion-methyl degrading bacterium within 5 days, and the inhibition of parathion-methyl on cucumber growth was relieved. In addition, the parathion-methyl degrading bacterium could significantly promote the production and accumulation of dry matter of cucumber. However, the effects of parathion-methyl degrading bacterium on the fresh weight and dry weight of greengrocery were not significant.
