本文在分析水煤浆导热油锅炉工艺特点和控制需求的基础上,阐述了基于MACS控制系统实现了锅炉本体、导热油、燃料三大系统的过程生产控制,实现水煤浆导热油锅炉整体平稳生产运行;并在此基础上实现了锅炉各控制参数的联锁保护,从而保证了锅炉的安全生产。
本文在分析水煤漿導熱油鍋爐工藝特點和控製需求的基礎上,闡述瞭基于MACS控製繫統實現瞭鍋爐本體、導熱油、燃料三大繫統的過程生產控製,實現水煤漿導熱油鍋爐整體平穩生產運行;併在此基礎上實現瞭鍋爐各控製參數的聯鎖保護,從而保證瞭鍋爐的安全生產。

This paper first analyzes the CWS oil boiler process characteristics and control requirements. Due to this, it describes a control system based on MACS a boiler, as well as accomplishes the thermal oil, fuel production control process of the three systems. Then, it achieves CWS oil boiler overall stable production run. After that, based on this, it achieves the control parameters of the boiler interlock protection, thus ensuring the safety of boiler production.
