目的:研究峨眉岩白菜提取物体内外抗肝肿瘤作用。方法:应用MTT法和移植性S180实体荷瘤小鼠。研究不同剂量提取物的体内体外抗肿瘤作用。结果:峨眉岩白菜提取物对体外培养的人肺癌A549细胞增殖有显著的抑制作用。抑制作用与浓度有明显的依赖关系,且随提取浓度的增大,抑制效果越好;荷瘤小鼠模型研究表明,提取物对S180有显著的抑制作用,当剂量为400mg/kg时对肿瘤的抑制效果最好,抑瘤率达52.11%。

목적:연구아미암백채제취물체내외항간종류작용。방법:응용MTT법화이식성S180실체하류소서。연구불동제량제취물적체내체외항종류작용。결과:아미암백채제취물대체외배양적인폐암A549세포증식유현저적억제작용。억제작용여농도유명현적의뢰관계,차수제취농도적증대,억제효과월호;하류소서모형연구표명,제취물대S180유현저적억제작용,당제량위400mg/kg시대종류적억제효과최호,억류솔체52.11%。
To study the antitumor activity of extract f rom bergenia emeiensi in vivo and in vitro, MTT cdorimeter and S180 antitumor mice models are evaluated .The results shows that the extracts significantly inhibits proliferation of the human lung cell A549. The inhibitory effect is in a dose-dependent manner. The higher the concentrationis, the stronger the inhibitory effect is. The tumor-beating mice model suggests that the extracts have significantly inhibitory effect on hepatoma cells S180 when the dose of extracts is 400mg per kilogramme, tumor inhibition rate is 52.45%, which is higtest. However, the extracts can also be increased.
