目的:研究标本保存对实时荧光定量HCV-RNA检测结果的影响。方法收集HCV阳性血清标本42份并平均分成6份分别置于室温、4℃和-20℃保存1d和1周后用荧光定量PCR法检测结果,行统计学分析。结果血清在室温、4℃和-20℃条件下保存1d和1周对HCV RNA的荧光定量检测结果无统计学差异。结论保存温度和保存时间对HCV RNA的定量检测结果无影响。
目的:研究標本保存對實時熒光定量HCV-RNA檢測結果的影響。方法收集HCV暘性血清標本42份併平均分成6份分彆置于室溫、4℃和-20℃保存1d和1週後用熒光定量PCR法檢測結果,行統計學分析。結果血清在室溫、4℃和-20℃條件下保存1d和1週對HCV RNA的熒光定量檢測結果無統計學差異。結論保存溫度和保存時間對HCV RNA的定量檢測結果無影響。
목적:연구표본보존대실시형광정량HCV-RNA검측결과적영향。방법수집HCV양성혈청표본42빈병평균분성6빈분별치우실온、4℃화-20℃보존1d화1주후용형광정량PCR법검측결과,행통계학분석。결과혈청재실온、4℃화-20℃조건하보존1d화1주대HCV RNA적형광정량검측결과무통계학차이。결론보존온도화보존시간대HCV RNA적정량검측결과무영향。
Objective To investigate the impact of various storage conditions of serum samples on HCV RNA detection. Methods Real-time fluorenscent quantitative PCR detected 42 examples have been diagnosed in patients with HCV. Result The results of HCV RNA in serum samples,which stored 1 day and 7 days at room temperature, 4 ℃ and-20℃ , showed no significant differences. Conclusion Save temperature and save time have no effect on test results.
