目的：观察粉尘螨滴剂对支气管哮喘的疗效。方法将60例对粉尘螨过敏的成人支气管哮喘患者随机分为两组，对照组给予常规吸入糖皮质激素(布地奈德气雾剂)治疗，治疗组在此基础上给予舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂治疗，治疗12个月后观察两组临床症状、肺功能、血IgE抗体含量。结果与对照组相比，治疗组临床症状缓解时间明显增加(P <0.05)、肺功能指标FEV1明显升高(P <0.05)、血IgE抗体含量显著下降(P <0.05)。结论舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂对治疗粉尘螨过敏的支气管哮喘患者有较好疗效，值得临床推广。
목적：관찰분진만적제대지기관효천적료효。방법장60례대분진만과민적성인지기관효천환자수궤분위량조，대조조급여상규흡입당피질격소(포지내덕기무제)치료，치료조재차기출상급여설하함복분진만적제치료，치료12개월후관찰량조림상증상、폐공능、혈IgE항체함량。결과여대조조상비，치료조림상증상완해시간명현증가(P <0.05)、폐공능지표FEV1명현승고(P <0.05)、혈IgE항체함량현저하강(P <0.05)。결론설하함복분진만적제대치료분진만과민적지기관효천환자유교호료효，치득림상추엄。
Objective To observe the dust mites drops on the curative effect of bronchial asthma. Methods To select 60 adult patients with bronchial asthma which were produced allergic on the dust mites, and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,the control group was given conventional inhaled corticosteroids(budesonide aerosol) treatment, the treatment group was given sublingual containing dust mites drops agent treatment on the basis of conventional treatment, observing the two groups of patients with clinical symptoms, pulmonary function, blood IgE antibody levels in the before and after treatment on 12 months after treatment. Results To compare with the control group, the treatment group in clinical symptoms time increased significantly(P <0.05), pulmonary function index FEV1 increased significantly(P <0.05), blood IgE antibody levels decreased significantly(P <0.05). Conclusion Sublingual administering dust mites drops in the treatment of dust mites allergic bronchial asthma had good application value and it was worth of popularizing in clinic.
