目的：探讨心力衰竭（HF）患者血浆N-末端脑钠肽（NT-proBNP）与心功能严重程度的相关性，评价其对心力衰竭患者的临床意义。方法：心力衰竭患者140例，按纽约心脏病协会（NYHA）心功能分级，其中NYHAⅡ级52例、Ⅲ级56例、Ⅳ级32例，同时选取68例心功能正常人作为对照组，分别测定血浆NT-proBNP值及左室射血分数（LVEF）。结果心力衰竭组NT-proBNP数值明显高于对照组，且其数值随心功能分级的升高而增高，与LVEF呈负相关（P＜0.05）。结论心力衰竭患者血NT-proBNP水平与心力衰竭严重程度存在相关性，可客观反映心力衰竭患者的心功能状态。

목적：탐토심력쇠갈（HF）환자혈장N-말단뇌납태（NT-proBNP）여심공능엄중정도적상관성，평개기대심력쇠갈환자적림상의의。방법：심력쇠갈환자140례，안뉴약심장병협회（NYHA）심공능분급，기중NYHAⅡ급52례、Ⅲ급56례、Ⅳ급32례，동시선취68례심공능정상인작위대조조，분별측정혈장NT-proBNP치급좌실사혈분수（LVEF）。결과심력쇠갈조NT-proBNP수치명현고우대조조，차기수치수심공능분급적승고이증고，여LVEF정부상관（P＜0.05）。결론심력쇠갈환자혈NT-proBNP수평여심력쇠갈엄중정도존재상관성，가객관반영심력쇠갈환자적심공능상태。
Objective To investigate the relationship between N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) levels in patients with the deterioration of the heart failure severity. Methods 140 patiants with heat failure were selected among them( 52 subjets with NYHAⅡ,56subjets with NYHA Ⅲ,32 subjets with NYHA Ⅳ), and 68 subjets were enrol ed in contorl group. The plasma level of NT-proBNP were detected by electrochemiluminescence immunoassay methed,and the structure and fuction of left ventricle were examined by echocardiography. Results The plasma level of NT-proBNP increased significantly in patients with heart failure compard with control groups,and the dregreed of NYHA.The levels of plasma NT-proBNP were negatively correlated with LVEF.Conclusions The plasma level of NT-proBNP has the realationship with the deterioration of the heart failure severity,and it can be used to evaluate the function in the elderly patients with heart failure.
