目的：分析进行综合护理干预对促进阑尾切除术后肠蠕动恢复的临床效果及患者的满意度的调查。方法分析本院2012年10月一2013年7月施行阑尾切除术80例。分为对照组和干预组，各40例，对照组实施常规护理，干预组实施综合护理干预手段，比较2组患者的肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间及排便时间，患者对此操作的满意度。结果干预组患者的术后肠蠕动恢复情况均优于对照组，2者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，干预组患者满意度也高于对照组。结论应用综合护理干预措施，可以促进阑尾炎切除术患者术后肠蠕动恢复并能完善护理质量。
목적：분석진행종합호리간예대촉진란미절제술후장연동회복적림상효과급환자적만의도적조사。방법분석본원2012년10월일2013년7월시행란미절제술80례。분위대조조화간예조，각40례，대조조실시상규호리，간예조실시종합호리간예수단，비교2조환자적장명음회복시간、항문배기시간급배편시간，환자대차조작적만의도。결과간예조환자적술후장연동회복정황균우우대조조，2자차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)，간예조환자만의도야고우대조조。결론응용종합호리간예조시，가이촉진란미염절제술환자술후장연동회복병능완선호리질량。
Objective To analyze effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on intestinal peristalsis function recovery of appendectomy and the patient's satisfaction Method Analysis of July 2013 in October 2012,80 cases divided into an observation group and a control group after scheduled operation,with 40 cases in each group, observation group take routine nursing, control group implement comprehensive nursing intervention, compared two groups in patients with bowel sounds recovery time, anus exhaust time, defecation and the patient's satisfaction. Results Control group patients postoperative bowel peristalsis recovery were superior to observation group, the difference between the two was statistical y significant (P < 0.05),control group patients satisfaction is also higher than the observation group. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention measures can effectively help the return of postoprative bowel movement.It is a safe and effective method of rehabilitational exercise and improve high quality nursing.
