目的：探讨腮腺浅叶部分切除术在腮腺浅叶良性肿瘤治疗中的应用价值。方法对100例诊断为腮腺浅叶良性肿瘤，行腮腺肿瘤及浅叶部分切除术，于肿瘤外5～10 mm 处切除肿瘤及周边正常腺体组织。结果100例患者术后随访6个月-6年，未见肿瘤复发，皮下积液4例，暂时性面瘫3例，无永久性面瘫；面部味觉出汗综合征3例。结论腮腺浅叶部分切除术有缩短手术时间，减少面神经损伤和面部畸形，保存腮腺功能等优点。

목적：탐토시선천협부분절제술재시선천협량성종류치료중적응용개치。방법대100례진단위시선천협량성종류，행시선종류급천협부분절제술，우종류외5～10 mm 처절제종류급주변정상선체조직。결과100례환자술후수방6개월-6년，미견종류복발，피하적액4례，잠시성면탄3례，무영구성면탄；면부미각출한종합정3례。결론시선천협부분절제술유축단수술시간，감소면신경손상화면부기형，보존시선공능등우점。
Objective: To investigate the value of partial superficial parotidectomy in the treatment of parotid benign tumors. Methods: 100 cases of parotid benign tumors were treated by partial superficial parotidectomy, and ectomy field was extended 0.5~1.0 cm from the borderline of tumor. Results: Al cases had been fol owed up for 6 months~6 years, no recurrence occurred. Sialosyrinx was found in 4 cases. Transient facial nerve paralysis was found in 3 patients,Frey's syndrome was in the 3 cases, Al of the cases developed local mild hol ow malformation in the operation area. Conclusion: The partial superficial parotidectomy had the fol owing advantages: shortening the time of operation, decreasing the injury of facial nerve, avoiding the facial deformity, It is an effective treatment in parotid gland benign tumors .
