对某风化钾长石矿进行选矿试验研究。在确定最佳磨矿细度基础上,采用脱泥-磁选-浮选工艺,进行了捕收剂用量试验和高梯度磁选段数对比试验。最终使长石精矿白度从12.08%提高到63.96%,Fe2O3含量从4.00%降低到0.12%,精矿产率达到60.24%,可作为高品级陶瓷原料使用。

Beneifciation test of a Weathered K-feldspar was studied. On the base of the best grinding ifneness conditions, we use the desliming-magnetic separation-lfotation process, for the collector dosage test and the comparison test about the stage of the high gradient magnetic separation. Eventually, the whiteness of the feldspar concentrate increased from 12.08% to 63.96%, the content ofFe2O3 decreased from 4.0% to 0.12%, and the recovery rate of feldspar was 60.24%, it can be used as the raw materials of high grade ceramic.
