将经插层后进行剥片的高岭土作为填料制备出高岭土/橡胶纳米复合材料,研究插层剥片对高岭土/橡胶复合材料阻隔性能的影响。研究表明,经过醋酸钾插层后再进行剥片的高岭土颗粒具有粒径小、比表面积大、径厚比高等特点,其作为填料加入橡胶复合材料后,可大幅改善高岭土/橡胶纳米复合材料的气体阻隔性能。发现插层过程中插层剂质量分数、插层磨剥过程等因素均对橡胶复合材料气体阻隔性能产生影响。以质量分数为15%的醋酸钾对高岭土插层后再进行剥片所制备的高岭土/橡胶复合材料的气体阻隔性能最好,并阐明了插层磨剥高岭土对橡胶复合材料的阻隔性能贡献机理。

The kaolin intercalated with potassium acetate and delamination is applied to reinforce the rubber composites. Influence of the concentration of intercalating agent, the intercalation and delamination on the gas permeability was investigated in the rubber composites. The kaolin intercalated with potassium acetate and delamination, with small particle size and high aspect ratio, are applied to reinforce the rubber composites. This type of kaolin as ifller in the rubber composites improve the gas permeability of the rubber composites. The best effect can be obtained when the kaolin intercalated with the concentration of potassium acetate at 15%. The mechanism on the improvement of rubber iflled with intercalation and delamination kaolin is proposed.
