以高岭石-甲醇复合物为前驱体制备了高岭石-甘氨酸插层复合物,产物采用PXRD、FTIR表征。重点考察了水与甲醇体积比、pH值、甘氨酸浓度、搅拌温度、搅拌时间等工艺条件对插层效果的影响。结果表明,水与甲醇体积比为1∶1,1 mol/L甘氨酸水溶液在等电点6附近,70℃搅拌24 h,插层效果最佳,插层率约为80%,层间距d(001)值为1.12 nm和1.05 nm,分别对应甘氨酸分子在高岭石层间直立和倾斜60。两种取向。

The kaolinite-glycine intercalated compound was prepared based on kaolinite-methanol precursor, and characterized by PXRD and FT-IR. The processing conditions including water to methanol volume ratio, pH value, glycine concentration, stirring temperature and time which had important inlfuence on intercalation ratio and interlayer distance changes were researched. The results showed that optimum processing condition should be 1∶1 volume ratio, pH value 6, glycine concentration 1 mol/L, stirring at 70℃ for 24 h, 80 % intercalation ratio andd(001) values of1.12 nmand1.05nmwereobserved, correspongding to upright and tile with 60o angle models of glycine molecules between kaolinite layers, respectively.
