地源热泵中央空调系统早期采用恒温差控制,能源浪费严重,故在系统改造过程中将其设计成基于外界环境温度补偿的变温差控制系统。考虑到各分控系统站点间的独立性,系统采用N ∶ N网络实现多站点间数据通信,并通过以太网实现上位机监控系统与PLC主站的连通,实现整个系统的监控。该系统不仅可以减少能源浪费,还可以极大地降低人工成本,提高整体经济效益。

The ground source heat pump central air conditioning system of early stage was adopting constant temperature difference control, so serious waste of energy existed. In process of system revamp, variable temperature difference control system based on external environment temperature compensation has been designed. Considering the independence among each sub-control system site, the data communication of multiple sites is implemented by using N ∶ N network, and the connection between PLC master station and host computer monitoring and control system is realized through Ethernet, thus the monitoring of overall system is implemented. This system reduces energy waste, decreases labour costs and improves economical benefits.
