我国铅资源在世界上具有一定优势，但国内铅资源储量结构不尽合理；国内铅冶炼原料长期供应不足；对外依存度偏高。预测“十二五”、“十三五”期间我国铅消费量仍会保持增长态势。为此，应加大国内地质勘查力度，提高铅资源保障能力；鼓励铅矿企业理性“走出去”，合理利用国外铅资源；防止产能盲目扩张，保护国内铅资源；注重环境保护，实现规模化效应等以切实提高国内铅持续供应能力，保障经济持续健康发展。

China's lead resource has certain advantage in the world ,but the domestic lead reserve structure is not reasonable ;domestic lead smelting raw material supply is long-term shortage and it depends on foreign highly .The lead consumption in China will still maintain growth during 12th and 13th Five-Year Plan .Therefore ,in order to improve the domestic lead continuous supply capacity ,ensure sustained and healthy economic development ,we should increase domestic geological prospecting efforts to improve lead resource security capacity ;encourage enterprises “going out” and use foreign lead resource reasonably ;prevent the blind expansion of production capacity and protect domestic lead resource ;pay attention to environmental protection ,realize the scale effect .
