采用单矿物浮选、Zeta电位和芘荧光探针,研究不同的浮选条件对长石、石英浮游差异的影响及其机理。结果表明,HF能改变长石、石英表面疏水性,混合捕收剂中阴阳离子摩尔比例的不同能导致极性基团指向方向的改变而产生浮游差异。混合捕收剂能在长石、石英表面形成吸附偶极子层,从而改变矿物表面电位差。HF刻蚀长石表面形成络离子,表现出强烈的电负性,而石英不受影响;芘荧光探针表明:芘能够增溶于混合捕收剂在阴阳离子摩尔比为1∶1时形成的络合物中。HF使长石表面极性变小,形成胶束浓度降低。石英由于表面羟基和氟化物的离子交换致使SiO2负电质子数降低而减少胺类捕收剂在矿物表面的吸附,石英极性大于长石,可浮性小于长石。

The effects and mechanisms with different conditions in lfotation of feldspar and quartz have been studied through pure minerals lfotation, zeta potential and pyrene lfuorescence. The results of pure minerals lfotation show that HF can change the surface hydrophobicity of feldspar and quartz. The polar groups pointing direction lead lfoating differences in different molar ratios of anion and cation. The zeta potential tests indicate that mixed collector formed double layer on the surface of feldspar and quartz generate potential difference, HF can etching the surface of feldspar and formed complex ion while showing strong electronegativity ,but quartz is not affected. The pyrene lfuorescence results show that pyrene can be solubilized in the complexes when molar ratio of anion and cation is 1∶1. HF can reduce the surface polarity of feldspar result in lowering micelle formation concentration. The surface hydroxyl group of quartz ion exchanged with HF resulting in reducing the number of SiO2 negative charge protons, so that the surface of quartz could not adsorbed enough amine collectors, the polarity of quartz is bigger than feldspar and the lfoatability is lower than feldspar.
