为探讨填料对聚合物矿物混凝土(PMC)性能的影响,对水泥、粉煤灰、碳化硼、氧化锌、蒙脱土和有机化蒙脱土6种填料的PMC进行抗压强度、抗折强度和耐蚀性能实验研究。结果表明,填料对PMC抗压和抗折强度贡献由大到小依次为有机化蒙脱土、蒙脱土、粉煤灰、水泥、碳化硼、氧化锌。有机化蒙脱土为填料的PMC 7 d和28 d抗压强度分别为85.7 MPa、102.1 MPa,抗折强度分别为39.5 MPa、46.8 MPa,其在3%HCl、15%NaOH、盐雾和机油切削液4种腐蚀介质中强度保持率分别为85.9%、93.1%、86.8%和95.7%,适合在对强度和耐蚀性要求高的条件下使用。蒙脱土和粉煤灰为填料的PMC强度较高,在机油切削液中强度保持率分别为94.1%和88.7%,适合在机床基础件中推广使用。

Effect of cement, lfy ash, boron, zinc oxide, montmorillonite and organic montmorillonite ifllers on properties of polymer mineral concrete (PMC) were studied by means of compressive strength, lfexural strength and corrosion resistance tests. The results showed that ifllers on the compressive and rupture strength of PMC obeyed the following order from high to low: organic montmorillonite, montmorillonite, lfy ash, cement, boron, zinc oxide. The 7d and 28d compressive strength of PMC with organic montmorillonite ifller were 85.7MPa,102.1MPa,7d and 28d lfexural strength were 39.5MPa, 46.8MPa, the strength retention percentage were 85.9%, 93.1%, 86.8% and 95.7% in 3% HCl, 15% NaOH, salt spray and oil cutting lfuid, PMC with organic montmorillonite ifller was suitable for the requirements of high strength and corrosion resistance. As the PMC ifllers ,montmorillonite and lfy ash had higher strength, the strength retention percentage in oil cutting lfuid were 94.1% and 88.7%, were suitable for the use in foundation of machine tool.
