在对露天磷矿山生产各个流程作出准确全面分析的基础上,建立了企业效能评价指标体系及等级标准。应用基于AHP(层次分析法)的模糊综合评价模型,对云南磷化集团有限公司晋宁磷矿进行了效能评价,结果表明,该模型能客观评价露天磷矿山企业效能水平。

The efifciency evaluation index system of open-pit phosphate mine has been built on the basis of analysis of production process. The efficiency of Jinning phosphate mine of Yunnan Phosphate Chemical Group Co.,Ltd. was evaluated through the application of AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, and the results showed that the model could objectively evaluate the efifciency of open-pit phosphate mine.
