我国发电市场已经进入大机组时代，随着大型发电机组的安装和投入运行，各类大型发电机组设备质量事故逐渐显现，为了搞好安全生产，提高我国发电机产品质量，笔者参考相关文献，结合近几年从事技术监督监控和某发电集团公司新机组投入运行后发现的质量问题进行浅析，供广大读者在工作中就如何避免同类事故，提出参考意见。

China's power generation market has marcheded the great time of big units. Along with the large generating units installed and put into operation, large-scale generators quality of equipment accident appears gradually. In order to do a good job of production safety, and improve our generators products quality, the authors make reference to the relevant literature,and have been working on technology surveillance while analyzing the issue of product quality with a new Generation Corporation Unit in recent years. The authors also made some suggestions to the readers on how to avoid the recurrence of similar incidents.
