Under the background of higher education training base construction process of industrial robots in the automotive manufacturing and assembly technology, this paper elaborates on the idea and methods of the industrial robot training base construction; puts forward to the construction scheme by making automobile manufacturing process as the main line to build training room, introducing production technology of the enterprise and making deep cooperation with enterprise on courses and practical items. At the same time it relies on the teaching and scientific platform of industrial robot training base and integrates theory with practice in teaching and training, the use of advanced robotics teaching in scientific research made a series of achievements. The paper also puts forward to new thinking for the future industrial robot training base construction and development. It has certain practical value for application and popularization in higher vocational education.
