针对高速公路收费数据的封闭特性,提出了一种基于联网收费数据的高速公路断面交通量计算方法。首先,分析历史OD交通量变异系数,建立缺失数据条件下的交通量OD矩阵;然后,通过研究出入口收费站与相邻枢纽连接特性、枢纽之间连接关系,确定路网异常路径识别与筛选原则,并建立交通分配矩阵;最后,基于交通分配矩阵,计算断面交通量,利用联网中心拆账数据及人工调查数据进行验证,并进行精度、成因分析。计算结果表明:该方法计算的断面交通量精度较高,方法有效可行,其成果可以作为高速公路交通管理、交通规划以及经济分析的重要依据。

According to the closed characteristic of freeway toll data, a calculation method of section traffic flow based on network toll data is proposed.First, the coefficient of variation of the historical OD ( origin destination) traffic flow is analyzed, and the traffic flow OD matrix on the condition of missing data is established.Secondly, by studying the connection characteristics between the toll sta-tions and the adjacent interchanges and the connection characteristics between any two interchanges, the principles of multi-path identification and filtering are determined, and the traffic distribution ma-trix is established.Finally, based on the traffic distribution matrix, the section traffic flow is calcu-lated and validated by the freeway network center data and the manual surveying data.Moreover, the precision and genetic analysis are analyzed.The calculation results show that the precision of sec-tion traffic flow calculated by this method is high, and this method is effective and feasible.The results can be an important reference for freeway traffic management, traffic planning and economic analysis.
