目的：探讨眼内复杂异物患者行玻离体切割术联合不同手术切口异物取出术的临床价值。方法对我院2011年~2012年收治的54例单眼复杂异物患者进行研究，将患者随机分为两组均行玻离体切割术联合眼内异物摘除术，观察组患者选择“L”扩大巩膜切口，对照组选择常规切口。结果54例患者均一次成功取出，观察组患者术后视力提高率相比对照组显著提高（P＜0.05），平均手术时间相比对照组显著缩短（P＜0.05），并发症发生率两组差异不显著（P＞0.05）。结论眼内复杂异物患者行异物取出术中选择“L”型扩大巩膜切口能够取得与常规切口相近的手术效果，有效提高术后视力恢复效果，缩短手术时间，同时安全性未明显变化，具有较高的实用价值。
목적：탐토안내복잡이물환자행파리체절할술연합불동수술절구이물취출술적림상개치。방법대아원2011년~2012년수치적54례단안복잡이물환자진행연구，장환자수궤분위량조균행파리체절할술연합안내이물적제술，관찰조환자선택“L”확대공막절구，대조조선택상규절구。결과54례환자균일차성공취출，관찰조환자술후시력제고솔상비대조조현저제고（P＜0.05），평균수술시간상비대조조현저축단（P＜0.05），병발증발생솔량조차이불현저（P＞0.05）。결론안내복잡이물환자행이물취출술중선택“L”형확대공막절구능구취득여상규절구상근적수술효과，유효제고술후시력회복효과，축단수술시간，동시안전성미명현변화，구유교고적실용개치。
Objective To investigate the intraocular foreign body were treated with complex of glass from the clinical value of cutting operation incision removal of foreign bodies in different operation. Methods The study was performed in 54 cases with complex cases in our hospital in 2011 ~2012, the patients were randomly divided into two groups for glass cutting combined with extraction of intraocular foreign body, the patients in observation group and choose “L” to expand the scleral incision, choice of control group conventional incision. Results 54 patients were successfully removed, the observation group patients postoperative visual acuity improved compared with the control group increased significantly (P<0.05), the average operation time was significantly shorter than control group (P<0.05), the complications in two groups were not significant (P>0.05). Conclusion Intraoperative choose “L” to expand the scleral incision can obtain the operation effect is similar with conventional incision intraocular foreign body removal in patients with complicated foreign body, effectively improve the postoperative visual acuity recovery effect, shorten the operation time, and the security is not changed obviously, and has a high practical value.
