目的:探讨在 MIO 理论指导下应用闭合复位克氏针内固定治疗桡骨远端骨折的方法及临床效果。方法2007年5月至2010年2月,收治47例桡骨远端骨折患者,按 AO 分类 B2型6例,B3型10例,C1型12例,C2型15例,C3型4例。在透视监视下,采用闭合复位克氏针内固定手术方法进行治疗。结果术后获得随访41例,随访时间4~13个月,平均7.3个月。骨折全部愈合。掌倾角平均12°(6~18)°,尺偏角平均21°(16~31)°。按 Dienst 功能评定标准进行功能评定,优32例,良5例,可4例,优良率90.24%。结论在 MIO 理论指导下采用闭合复位克氏针内固定术治疗桡骨远端骨折,是一种相对稳定固定,创伤小,治疗效果好,有利于早期功能锻炼,患者腕关节功能良好。

Objective To observe the methods and outcome of closed reduction and Kirschner fixation used for Distal radius fractures guided by MIO theory. Methods From May 2006 to February 2009, 47 patients with Distal radius fractures were treated by the method of closed reduction and Kirschner fixation in the x-ray.According to AO, there were 6 cases for B2, 10 cases for B3, 12 cases for C1 ,15cases for C2, 4 cases for C3. Results 41 patients were followed up from 4 months to 13 months,with the mean period of 7.3 months.All fractures were healed. The palm dip angle is12°(6-18)° averagely, The ruler angle of depression is 21° (16-33)° averagely. Dienst standard were used to evaluate the clinical results. There were 32excellent cases,5 good and 4 fair ,with an excellent to good rate of 90.24%.Conclusion That is one kind of relatively stable fixation of closed reduction and Kirschner fixation used for Distal radius fractures guided by MIO theory. The wound is minor, Cure effect well, Beneficial to the early phase function takes exercise and predictable clinical outcomes.
