目的:探讨膳食因素对原发性高血压患者血压水平的影响。方法通过分层抽样的方法将100例自愿参加此活动的原发性高血压患者分为试验组和对照组,各50例。试验组除采用常规药物治疗外,还进行饮食管理,进食《高血压饮食指南》建议的饮食;对照组采用常规药物治疗,但未进行饮食管理。实施饮食管理后3个月测量两组患者的血压水平。比较两组在血压控制方面的效果差异。结果随访3个月后,试验组的血压水平显著低于对照组的血压水平(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论进行饮食管理,合理的膳食对于原发性高血压患者血压控制有明显的作用。

목적:탐토선식인소대원발성고혈압환자혈압수평적영향。방법통과분층추양적방법장100례자원삼가차활동적원발성고혈압환자분위시험조화대조조,각50례。시험조제채용상규약물치료외,환진행음식관리,진식《고혈압음식지남》건의적음식;대조조채용상규약물치료,단미진행음식관리。실시음식관리후3개월측량량조환자적혈압수평。비교량조재혈압공제방면적효과차이。결과수방3개월후,시험조적혈압수평현저저우대조조적혈압수평(P<0.05),차이구유통계학의의。결론진행음식관리,합리적선식대우원발성고혈압환자혈압공제유명현적작용。
Objective To investigate the effects of dietary factors on primary level of blood pressure in patients with hypertension.Methods Through stratified sampling method 100 volunteered to participate in this activity in patients with essential hypertension were divided into experimental group and control group, 50 cases in each. The experimental group was treated with conventional drugs, but also for catering management, eating "guide" diethypertension recommended diet;the control group using conventional drug treatment, but without diet management. The two groups were measured blood pressure levels 3 months after implementation of diet management.Comparison between the test group and the control group in the control of blood pressuredifference.Results After 3 months of folow-up, the experimental group were significantly lower than that of control group, the blood pressure level of blood pressure (P<0.05), the difference was statisticaly significant.Conclusion Dietary management, reasonable meals for primary has obvious effect on blood pressure control in patients with hypertension.
