目的：探讨大剂量盐酸多巴胺静脉持续滴入外渗引起皮肤坏死的护理。方法对盐酸多巴胺外渗的皮肤针眼封闭，50%硫酸镁湿敷，大水疱抽液，无痛碘消毒，予生理盐水清洁创面，再用贝复剂外喷湿敷，每天两次。结果14d后创面愈合。结论采用封闭针眼，50%硫酸镁湿敷，消毒，贝复剂湿敷等方法在护理盐酸多巴胺外渗致皮肤坏死中取得良好效果。
목적：탐토대제량염산다파알정맥지속적입외삼인기피부배사적호리。방법대염산다파알외삼적피부침안봉폐，50%류산미습부，대수포추액，무통전소독，여생리염수청길창면，재용패복제외분습부，매천량차。결과14d후창면유합。결론채용봉폐침안，50%류산미습부，소독，패복제습부등방법재호리염산다파알외삼치피부배사중취득량호효과。
Objective To discuss the nursing of skin necrosis induced by the exosmosis during continuous intravenous perfusion of large doses of dopamine hydrochloride.Methods Needle eyes were closed on the dopamine hydrochloride-exosmosed skin,and the skin was wet-dressed with 50% magnesium sulfate.Fluids were drained from great blisters with indolent iodine disinfection. Wounds were cleaned with normal saline before being sprayed and wet-dressed with Bfgf-Torita,twice a day.Results Wounds healed after two weeks.Conclusion Good results of nursing of dopamine hydrochloride-exosmosed skin have been achieved by closing needle eyes,wet- dressing with 50% magnesium sulfate,disinfecting and wet-dressing with Bfgf-Torita.
