目的：分析探讨急性脑梗死合并肺部感染的危险因素，以便积极预防及治疗，提高疗效，降低死亡风险。方法回顾性分析2006年12月～2013年8月本院收治的180例急性脑梗死患者，分为肺部感染组90例和非感染组90例，对相关危险因素进行对照分析。结果肺部感染组合并吞咽困难、意识障碍、大面积脑梗死以及慢性阻塞性肺疾病、冠心病、糖尿病等基础疾病较非感染组明显升高。结论年龄、COPD病史、吞咽困难、意识障碍、大面积脑梗死以及基础疾病冠心病、糖尿病是脑梗死合并肺部感染的危险因素，临床应高度重视，并积极预防及治疗。
목적：분석탐토급성뇌경사합병폐부감염적위험인소，이편적겁예방급치료，제고료효，강저사망풍험。방법회고성분석2006년12월～2013년8월본원수치적180례급성뇌경사환자，분위폐부감염조90례화비감염조90례，대상관위험인소진행대조분석。결과폐부감염조합병탄인곤난、의식장애、대면적뇌경사이급만성조새성폐질병、관심병、당뇨병등기출질병교비감염조명현승고。결론년령、COPD병사、탄인곤난、의식장애、대면적뇌경사이급기출질병관심병、당뇨병시뇌경사합병폐부감염적위험인소，림상응고도중시，병적겁예방급치료。
Objective Analysis of risk factors of acute cerebral infarction complicated with pulmonary infection,in order to actively prevent and treatment,improve efficacy,reduce the risk of death.Methods Retrospective analysis of 2006 December to 2013 August in our hospital 180 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction,divided into the lung infection in 90 cases and non infection group with 90 cases,carries on the analysis to the related risk factors. Results Combination and dysphagia,disturbance of consciousness,pulmonary infection in a large area of cerebral infarction and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,coronary heart disease,diabetes and other diseases than in the non infected group increased significantly.Conclusion Age,history of COPD,difficulty swalowing, disturbance of consciousness,a large area of cerebral infarction and coronary heart disease,diabetes is the basis of disease complicated with pulmonary infection risk factors in cerebral infarction,clinical attention should be paid to the prevention and treatment,and actively.
