Germination and development of China's dairy industry, both have happened in resource-scarce environments a long time ago. Therefore, today the structure of China's dairy industry is unique. This article succinctly reviews the history of industrial forming process. Then in-depth analysis of dairy industry, discovered the leading product is simple, just one kind that is liquid milk only. But certain some running characteristics of dairy industry are very special. According on these ifndings, further pointed out the necessity of restructuring the industry.
