矿山地质环境治理专项自2000年设立以来，历经设立、快速推进、优化调整发展过程，取得良好成效。专项实施中存在的主要问题：矿区地质环境调查工作不足；矿山地质环境治理缺乏技术规范和预算定额标准；项目的监督管理环节还比较薄弱；治理资金投入仍然不足。对策建议：加强重点矿山地质环境专题调查；尽快开展重点矿山地质环境监测；加强科技研究，提高矿山生态环境治理和复绿的质量和水平；积极推进矿山地质环境治理资金渠道的多元化；加强项目监督管理，加大资金投入。几点认识：(1)走可持续发展道路；(2)边治理、边恢复经济；(3)实现经济、社会、资源、环境的协调发展；(4)以人为本，全面、协调、可持续发展。
광산지질배경치리전항자2000년설립이래，력경설립、쾌속추진、우화조정발전과정，취득량호성효。전항실시중존재적주요문제：광구지질배경조사공작불족；광산지질배경치리결핍기술규범화예산정액표준；항목적감독관리배절환비교박약；치리자금투입잉연불족。대책건의：가강중점광산지질배경전제조사；진쾌개전중점광산지질배경감측；가강과기연구，제고광산생태배경치리화복록적질량화수평；적겁추진광산지질배경치리자금거도적다원화；가강항목감독관리，가대자금투입。궤점인식：(1)주가지속발전도로；(2)변치리、변회복경제；(3)실현경제、사회、자원、배경적협조발전；(4)이인위본，전면、협조、가지속발전。
The special projects to address serious mining geo-environmental problems were set up in the year of 2000, which has acquired favorable effect after the establishment, rapid advance, and optimization and adjustment. For these problems: poor investigation work of geological environment, lack of technical speciifcations and budgeteering standards, a weak link of supervision and administration of the project, and insufficient management investment, this paper suggests that we should strengthen the investigation of a special subject of key mine geological environment, and carry out environmental monitoring. In order to improve the quality of the mine ecological environment control, restoration and green, we must attach importance to science and technology research. At the same time, a wide range of fund channel must be vigorously promoted;and the capital investment in the supervision and management of project should be increased. This paper goes on to give some ideas, these include: we should take the road of sustainable development; governance and economic recovery must be at the same time; realizing a coordinated and sustained development of economy, society, resources and environment;as well as people-oriented, comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development.
