Differential interferometry synthetic aperture radar (D - In SAR) technology has been developing rapidly In recent years. It is a new type of measurement technology for crustal deformation with the advantage of high precision, all-weather application, and wide range monitoring. In this paper, the basic principle and monitoring process of D - In SAR technology were introduced, and the influence factors of the measurement precision were discussed.
