目的探讨旋律语调治疗(MIT)早期应用对完全性失语症患者语言功能的影响。方法完全性失语症患者32例,随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组17例,予以旋律语调治疗(MIT)结合Schuell刺激疗法治疗;对照组15例,单纯予以Schuell刺激疗法治疗。两组均采用西方失语症成套测验(WAB)、功能性语言沟通能力检查法(CFCP)对比患者在治疗前、治疗12周后的疗效。结果与治疗前相比,两组患者在自发言语、听理解、复述等方面均有不同程度改善(P﹤0.05),AQ值均较治疗前显著增加(P﹤0.05),患者日常生活语言沟通能力均得到明显改善(P﹤0.05)。同时,治疗组在改善听理解、复述、运用、AQ值以及CFCP评分方面优于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论早期运用旋律语调治疗可以改善完全性失语症患者语言功能及日常生活语言沟通能力。

Objective To explore the effects of the early application of melodic intonation therapy (MIT) to the treatment of patients with complete aphasia. Methods Thirty-two patients with complete aphasia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group (17 cases) was treated with melodic intonation therapy (MIT) and Schuell’s stimulation therapy. The control group (15 cases) was only treated with Schuell’s stimulation therapy. Both groups were assessed with Western Aphasia Battery (WAB) and Chinese Functional Communication Profile (CFCP) before and 12 weeks after treatment. Results The two groups showed significant improvements in spontaneous speech, listening comprehension, repetition, AQ value and daily speech communication skills after the treatment(P<0.05). Meanwhile, the treatment group showed better performance than the control group in listening comprehension, repetition, application, AQ value and CFCP score(P<0.05). Conclusion The early application of melodic intonation therapy can improve the language function and daily communication skills of patients with complete aphasia.
