描述了阴极钢棒预热系统的结构,系统硬件部分由预热系统、辊道输送系统、气控系统等三个子系统组成。并通过详尽的理论计算,得到预热系统的工艺要求的总功率。软件部分采用PLC编程实现过程控制自动化,选择模糊控制与PID控制相结合的参数模糊自整定PID控制方法对本系统中的电加热炉进行温度控制。基于电加热炉的升温特性而研究设计的模糊自整定PID温度控制器,具有鲁棒性好、动态响应佳、上升时间快和超调小等优点,同时又具有PID控制器的动态跟踪品质和稳态精度等优点,该控制系统达到了设计的目的和系统的性能要求。

Tthis paper presents the structure of preheating the egative-pole steel rod, the hardware of which consists of the pre-heating system, the roller converting systems, and the air values controlling system. the total power of process requirement achieving the preheating system is obtain through the thoroughly theoretic calculation. The software is based on the Programming Logic Con-troller(PLC) for process controlling automation. The combination of fuzzy control and PID controllers is exploited to control the temperature of the electric heating furnace. The temperature controller can not only show the fuzzy control’s good robustness, good dynamic response, short rising time and small over-regulation and so on, but also show good dynamic tracking of PID and steady precision. For all above, the system reaches the designing target and performance requirement.
