目的：探索新型多学科交叉整合的SMS智能随访管理方案，实现中医骨伤科专科病例的智能化随访管理。方法：根据中医骨伤科专科病案随访管理流程，基于SMS技术理念，采用B/S三层系统架构，利用Visual studio 2005和SQL server 2005等软件建立股骨头坏死智能短消息随访平台。结果：智能随访系统功能合理、实用，基本满足我院髋中心专科病例随访管理的要求。纳入住院随访患者每年约增加1500余人，特定专科随访记录超过10万余份。结论：股骨头坏死智能SMS随访管理系统的应用，既符合医院专科现代化、可持续化发展的要求，又有利于避免医患矛盾的发生，缓和医患关系，提高医院服务质量。
목적：탐색신형다학과교차정합적SMS지능수방관리방안，실현중의골상과전과병례적지능화수방관리。방법：근거중의골상과전과병안수방관리류정，기우SMS기술이념，채용B/S삼층계통가구，이용Visual studio 2005화SQL server 2005등연건건립고골두배사지능단소식수방평태。결과：지능수방계통공능합리、실용，기본만족아원관중심전과병례수방관리적요구。납입주원수방환자매년약증가1500여인，특정전과수방기록초과10만여빈。결론：고골두배사지능SMS수방관리계통적응용，기부합의원전과현대화、가지속화발전적요구，우유리우피면의환모순적발생，완화의환관계，제고의원복무질량。
Objective:To explore the new SMS intelligent follow-up management plan with multidisciplinary cross integration, and realize the intelligent follow-up management of TCM orthopedics cases. Method:According to the follow-up management process of TCM orthopedics cases, based on SMS technology concept, using B/S three-layer system architecture and software such as Visual studio 2005 and SQL server 2005, femoral head necrosis intelligent short message follow-up platform is established. Results:Intelligent follow-up system has reasonable and practical functions and basically meets the requirements of follow-up management of cases in Hip Center in our hospital. The number of patients involved into the hospital follow-up increases by more than 1 500 each year. There are more than 100 000 follow-up records of this apartment. Conclusion:The application of femoral head necrosis intelligent SMS follow-up management system meets the requirements of modernization and sustainable development of this department in hospital, helps to avoid the doctor-patient contradiction, makes the doctor-patient relationship better, and improves the quality of hospital services.
