随着移动医疗在医疗机构的逐渐普及,在智能终端特别是苹果的iOS设备上调阅和分析医学影像成为迫切需求。对比了几个支持DICOM标准的开源实现,选择DCMTK作为底层,针对iOS开发一套Object-C语言的通用框架。基于临床PACS的需求,在此架构基础上开发了针对苹果iOS平台的移动PACS应用,初步实现了医学影像的检索(Q/R)、显示、测量等基本功能,并在医疗实践中得到有效验证。

As mobile medical increasing popularity in medical institutions, viewing and analysis medical images on the intelligent terminal, especially on Apple's iOS devices becoming an active demand. This paper compared several open source implementation of DICOM standard support, and selected DCMTK as the underlying to develop an Object-C language common framework for iOS. Then on demand the clinical needs of PACS, based on this framework some mobile PACS applications have been developed, initial implemented the medical image retrieval, demonstrate, measure and other basic functions, effectively verified in medical practice.
