目的:探讨婴幼儿哮喘患儿治疗前后潮气呼吸流速-容量环的变化。方法:采用德国康讯肺功能仪对72例婴幼儿哮喘治疗前、后和对照组50例健康婴幼儿进行潮气呼吸流速-容量环检测。结果:观察组婴幼儿哮喘治疗前后潮气量相比较对照组偏小,呼吸频率较对照组增快(P<0.01),吸气时间、呼气时间均缩短(P<0.01),吸呼比降低,达峰时间比、达峰容积比较对照组明显降低(P<0.01),潮气呼吸呼气峰流速增快,潮气呼吸流速-容量环呼气相升支陡峭,降支的斜率较对照组增大,甚至向内凹陷。观察组治疗后潮气量增加,呼吸频率下降,吸气时间、呼气时间较治疗前延长,达峰时间比、达峰容积比较治疗前明显升高(P<0.01),但仍较健康组的婴幼儿低,潮气呼吸流速-容量环呼气下降支斜率较治疗前减小。结论:达峰时间比和达峰容积比可以作为反映婴幼儿小气道阻力和呼吸流速改变的指标。潮气呼吸肺功能的测定能够评价婴幼儿哮喘的气道损伤程度。

목적:탐토영유인효천환인치료전후조기호흡류속-용량배적변화。방법:채용덕국강신폐공능의대72례영유인효천치료전、후화대조조50례건강영유인진행조기호흡류속-용량배검측。결과:관찰조영유인효천치료전후조기량상비교대조조편소,호흡빈솔교대조조증쾌(P<0.01),흡기시간、호기시간균축단(P<0.01),흡호비강저,체봉시간비、체봉용적비교대조조명현강저(P<0.01),조기호흡호기봉류속증쾌,조기호흡류속-용량배호기상승지두초,강지적사솔교대조조증대,심지향내요함。관찰조치료후조기량증가,호흡빈솔하강,흡기시간、호기시간교치료전연장,체봉시간비、체봉용적비교치료전명현승고(P<0.01),단잉교건강조적영유인저,조기호흡류속-용량배호기하강지사솔교치료전감소。결론:체봉시간비화체봉용적비가이작위반영영유인소기도조력화호흡류속개변적지표。조기호흡폐공능적측정능구평개영유인효천적기도손상정도。
Objective :To clinical trials and discusses an infant asthma - the humidity before and after treatment in children with respiratory flow capacity of the changes in the ring .Methods:Germany kang-meter lung function in 72 cases of infant asthma before and after treatment and the control group of 50 cases of healthy infants and young children-capacity moisture breathing flow detection .Results :the observation group of infants and young children smaller tidal volume compared with the control group before and after the treatment of asthma ,respiratory frequency relatively faster than control (P < 0 .01) ,the inspiration time ,expiration time were shortened (P < 0 . 01) ,than the lower ,tmax than peak volume ,compared the control group significantly decreased (P < 0 .01) ,the humidity respiration peak expiratory flow rate increases fast ,the moisture breathing ring expiratory phase velocity -capacity up a steep ,descending slope increase than the control group ,and even to the inner sag .Observation group after treatment tidal volume increases ,breathing rate drop ,inspiration time ,expiration time was extended ,the tmax than peak volume compared before treatment ,significantly increased (P < 0 .01) ,but still lower than healthy group of infants and young children ,the moisture flow capacity-ring out to decrease the slope was reduced .Conclu-sion :Tmax ratio and volume ratio of peak can be used as reflecting an infant small airway resistance and respiratory index of velocity change .Moisture breathing lung function was measured to evaluate infant asthma airway damage degree ,provide objective basis for clinical treatment effect .
