针对泵车液压系统结构复杂、故障不易发现的特点,提出了一种基于故障树最小割集的故障诊断方法。以泵送主油路无压力这一典型故障为顶事件,建立故障树模型,再通过最小割集的求解和重要度分析对其进行定性和定量的分析,并以此为依据从大到小排序,确定故障诊断的最优程序。

It is difficult to find the reason for faults of hydraulic system of a concrete-pump truck because of its complex structure . This paper proposed a new fault diagnosis method based on minimal cut sets of fault tree .For no pressure in main oil circuit which was a typical fault of the hydraulic system ,a fault tree model was set up ,and qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis were carried out through minimum cut set solving and importance analysis .Then we could prioritize these units and find the best program to remove the fault .
