深海用压力补偿器中弹性补偿部分的寿命很重要,用Hypermesh和ANSYS Workbench联合仿真,对其进行了非线性有限元分析,并借助ANSYS Workbench的Fatigue Tools计算其疲劳寿命。分析了影响其疲劳寿命的相关因素,为深海用多层U型波纹管的选用提供了设计指导。

The life of elastic compensation part is important to the deep-sea pressure compensator .The non-linear finite element analysis of the elastic compensation part was carried out by Hypermesh and ANSYS Workbench in this article .Based on the results of stress analysis ,the fatigue life of the bellows was calculated by the Fatigue Tools .The factors influencing the fatigue life of bellows were analyzed .This work provides the design guidence for selecting the bellows used in deep-sea .
