建立了悬式水轮发电机上机架的简化振动模型,利用影响系数法建立了上机架的运动微分方程,得到了刚度和质量与上机架振动频率的关系。找到了一种简单快捷的估算上机架径向刚度的方法,通过与传统计算方法的结果进行比较,验证了该方法具有一定的准确性和实用性。

The simplified vibration model of the upper rack of a suspension hydrogenerator was set up .By making use of the influence coefficient method to establish the differential equations of motion of the upper rack ,the relationship of stiffness and mass with the upper rack vibration frequency was presented ,and a simple and quick estimation method of the upper rack's radial stiffness was found out .It is validated that the method has a certain of accuracy and usefulness by comparing it with the results obtained from the traditional calculation method .
