通过改变固溶时效温度对T C4钛合金饼材进行研究,用金相显微镜观察了其微观组织形貌,测试了力学性能。结果表明:在相变点以下930℃、950℃和970℃温度下固溶,530℃/6 h时效,随着固溶温度的升高,饼材初生α晶粒逐渐长大,强度先升高后降低,塑性先降低再升高;在相变点以上990℃/1 h固溶,530℃/6 h下时效后,饼材出现魏氏组织,强度和塑性均大幅下降;在950℃/1 h固溶,530℃/6 h下时效后, T C4饼材的组织均匀,力学性能达到良好的匹配。
通過改變固溶時效溫度對T C4鈦閤金餅材進行研究,用金相顯微鏡觀察瞭其微觀組織形貌,測試瞭力學性能。結果錶明:在相變點以下930℃、950℃和970℃溫度下固溶,530℃/6 h時效,隨著固溶溫度的升高,餅材初生α晶粒逐漸長大,彊度先升高後降低,塑性先降低再升高;在相變點以上990℃/1 h固溶,530℃/6 h下時效後,餅材齣現魏氏組織,彊度和塑性均大幅下降;在950℃/1 h固溶,530℃/6 h下時效後, T C4餅材的組織均勻,力學性能達到良好的匹配。

The microstructure and tensile property of TC4 wrought was studied by changing solid solution temperature after forging . The aging treatment at 530 ℃ for 6 h was carried out after solid solution .The microstructure was observed by optical microscope and tensile properties were evaluated with a tensile tester .The result shows that the primary α-phase of TC4 wrought grows gradually ;the tensile strength increases at first and decreases subsequently ;the plastic property decreases at first and then increases with the solid solution temperature increasing from 930 ℃ to 970 ℃ .When solid solution temperature steps up to 990 ℃ (above the transformation temperature) ,the Widmanstaten structure is found .And the tensile properties of TC4 wrought reduce apparently . Consequently ,homogeneous microstructure and excellent tensile properties of the TC4 wrought are obtained when the solid solution temperature is 950 ℃ .
