二辊矫直机矫直质量的好坏很大程度上取决于辊形的合理与否。以金属弹塑性弯曲理论为基础,从二辊矫直机的矫直原理出发,利用编程软件MATLAB计算辊形半径,设计出典型产品的辊形曲线。建立有限元模型并分析棒材在矫直过程中的应力变化情况。

The straightening quality of two-roller straightener depends on roll shape to a great extent .On the basis of elastic-plastic bending theory ,starting from the straightening principle of two-roller straightener ,the paper presents a method for designing the roll shape of two-roller straightener with the help of MATLAB .A 3D finite element model is created and the changes of bar stress in the process of straightening are analyzed .
