为提高某防护型驾驶室底部类V形防护结构对爆炸冲击波的防护性能,利用尺寸优化和形状优化相结合的设计方法,进行了防护结构的优化设计。首先通过拉丁超立方试验设计建立了中心防护板最大位移和模型总质量的高精度响应面;再综合考虑板件厚度和边界形状的变化范围以及安全性和轻量化要求,运用可行方向优化算法对建立的响应面进行了求解计算,得到了一组最优值。结果表明优化后防护结构的防护性能得到了显著提升,为更多防护结构的设计提供了参考依据。

In order to improve the protection level of V-shaped protective structure in the bottom of a protective cab from explosion shock wave ,a design method combined size and shape optimization was selected to optimize the structure design .The response surfaces of the protective structures’maximum displacement and total mass were built through Latin hypercube experiment design . Taking the range of components’ thickness and boundary shape ,the safety and the requirement of light weight into consideration , the feasible direction method was applied to optimize these response surfaces ,a group of optimal values was produced .The outcome indicates the protection level of optimized V-shaped protective structure is significantly improved and the design method provides a theoretical reference for more protective structures .
