针对采用收益共享契约协调易逝品供应链时，存在小型零售商在销售末期不分享利润的问题，提出了一种反向收益共享契约策略。设计了一种单次订购、两阶段销售的供应链系统，并分析了供应链协调条件，得出了单纯的反向收益共享在提高零售商订购量的同时，会损害供应商的利益；但当供应商与零售商合理分担跌价风险，通过设置合理的批发价格和反向收益共享比例时，供应链系统则能实现完美协调。

Some small retailers do not share profits in the end sale,and with the revenue sharing contract guiding the coordinated supply chain for perishable goods,the author of this paper pro-poses a reverse revenue sharing contract strategy,designs a supply chain system of single order, two stages of the sale,analyzes the condition of supply chain coordination,and concludes that the simple reverse yield sharing improves the retailers’order quantity,but damages the interests of sup-pliers,and when suppliers and retailers share price risks reasonably,by setting reasonable wholesale prices and reverse revenue sharing proportion,the supply chain can achieve perfect coordination.
