目的:采用高压液相色谱-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(high pressure liquid chromatography coupled to in-ductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, HPLC-ICP-MS)测定水产品中硼酸的含量。方法采用超声提取法对水产品进行前处理,优化蛋白沉淀剂、提取时间和流动相等条件。结果硼酸的检出限为0.015 mg/L,加标回收率为85.1%~112.1%,相对标准偏差(relative standard deviations, RSD)为6.0%~8.2%。结论本方法测定水产品中的硼酸含量准确、可靠,满足外源性硼酸的检测。

Objective To establish the method for the determination of boric acid in aquatic products by high pressure liquid chromatography coupled to inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (HPLC-ICP-MS). Methods The protein precipitation solution, extracting time and mobile phase were opti-mized and the ultrasonic extraction was used for extracting boric acid in aquatic products, and was compared with the content of boric acid by microwave digestion pretreatment. Results The limit of detection was 0.015 mg/L and the average recoveries ranged from 85.1%to 112.1%, with the relative standard deviations of 6.0%~8.2%. Conclusion The method is accurate and reliable, which is suitable for the determination of boric acid added in aquatic products.
