目的：建立萘敏维滴眼液中苯扎溴铵含量的测定方法。方法：采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶色谱柱，以0．005mol · L -1的醋酸铵溶液-乙腈（35：65）为流动相，柱温为30℃，流速为1．0mL · min -1，检测波长为214nm ，采用外标法进行计算。结果：在49．5～495．0μg · mL -1的浓度范围内线性良好，r＝0．9999，苯扎溴铵的回收率为100．99％，RSD＜2％。结论：本法测定萘敏维滴眼液中防腐剂苯扎溴铵具有简便、灵敏、重现性好的优点，可用于测定萘敏维滴眼液中苯扎溴铵的含量。
목적：건립내민유적안액중분찰추안함량적측정방법。방법：채용십팔완기규완건합규효색보주，이0．005mol · L -1적작산안용액-을정（35：65）위류동상，주온위30℃，류속위1．0mL · min -1，검측파장위214nm ，채용외표법진행계산。결과：재49．5～495．0μg · mL -1적농도범위내선성량호，r＝0．9999，분찰추안적회수솔위100．99％，RSD＜2％。결론：본법측정내민유적안액중방부제분찰추안구유간편、령민、중현성호적우점，가용우측정내민유적안액중분찰추안적함량。
Objective:To develop a RP-HPLC method for the determination of Benzalkonium Bromide in Moisten Eye Drops .Methods :The sample was analyzed on an Eclipse XDB-C18 Column (4 .6mm × 250mm , 5μm) with mobile phase consisting of 0 .005mol · L ammonium acetate-acetonitrile (35:65) ,isocratic elution at the flow rate of 1 .0mL · min-1 .Column temperature was set up at 30℃ ,and the wavelength was at 214nm .The external standard method was adopted to calculate .Results:The linear rages of the Benzalkoni-um Bromide were 100 .99% ,RSD<2% .Conclusion:The method is stable ,accurate ,which can be used for the quality control of Benzalkonium Bromide .
