目的:探讨慢性病患者呼吸道病原菌的分布及耐药性,为临床合理选择抗菌药物提供依据,提高病人的治疗效果。方法:分析2012年9月~2013年9月送检的1534份痰咽标本,采用 VITEK-2 compact全自动微生物仪系统分析对合格临床标本进行细菌培养鉴定和药敏试验,对病原菌的分布、耐药性的结果进行分析。结果:1534份呼吸道分泌物标本进行细菌培养鉴定,离出病原菌:主要有铜绿假单胞菌,产气肠杆菌,大肠埃希氏菌,肺炎克雷伯菌,金黄色葡萄球菌,阴沟肠杆菌,鲍曼不动杆菌,变形杆菌,等等及真菌菌株共815株。真菌感染中白色念珠菌检出率最高。革兰阳性细菌对万古霉素的耐药性最低;革兰阴性细菌对亚胺培南,美罗培南、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、阿米卡星,头孢哌酮/舒巴坦的耐药性最低。结论:慢性病患者容易发生反复感染,并且病原菌的分布十分的广泛,耐药情况比较严重,合理使用抗生素,降低病原菌的耐药率。有效地避免反复感染的发生。
目的:探討慢性病患者呼吸道病原菌的分佈及耐藥性,為臨床閤理選擇抗菌藥物提供依據,提高病人的治療效果。方法:分析2012年9月~2013年9月送檢的1534份痰嚥標本,採用 VITEK-2 compact全自動微生物儀繫統分析對閤格臨床標本進行細菌培養鑒定和藥敏試驗,對病原菌的分佈、耐藥性的結果進行分析。結果:1534份呼吸道分泌物標本進行細菌培養鑒定,離齣病原菌:主要有銅綠假單胞菌,產氣腸桿菌,大腸埃希氏菌,肺炎剋雷伯菌,金黃色葡萄毬菌,陰溝腸桿菌,鮑曼不動桿菌,變形桿菌,等等及真菌菌株共815株。真菌感染中白色唸珠菌檢齣率最高。革蘭暘性細菌對萬古黴素的耐藥性最低;革蘭陰性細菌對亞胺培南,美囉培南、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、阿米卡星,頭孢哌酮/舒巴坦的耐藥性最低。結論:慢性病患者容易髮生反複感染,併且病原菌的分佈十分的廣汎,耐藥情況比較嚴重,閤理使用抗生素,降低病原菌的耐藥率。有效地避免反複感染的髮生。
목적:탐토만성병환자호흡도병원균적분포급내약성,위림상합리선택항균약물제공의거,제고병인적치료효과。방법:분석2012년9월~2013년9월송검적1534빈담인표본,채용 VITEK-2 compact전자동미생물의계통분석대합격림상표본진행세균배양감정화약민시험,대병원균적분포、내약성적결과진행분석。결과:1534빈호흡도분비물표본진행세균배양감정,리출병원균:주요유동록가단포균,산기장간균,대장애희씨균,폐염극뢰백균,금황색포도구균,음구장간균,포만불동간균,변형간균,등등급진균균주공815주。진균감염중백색념주균검출솔최고。혁란양성세균대만고매소적내약성최저;혁란음성세균대아알배남,미라배남、고랍서림/타서파탄、아미잡성,두포고동/서파탄적내약성최저。결론:만성병환자용역발생반복감염,병차병원균적분포십분적엄범,내약정황비교엄중,합리사용항생소,강저병원균적내약솔。유효지피면반복감염적발생。
Objective:To evaluate patients with chronic diseases of respiratory tract pathogenic bacteria distribution and drug resistance ,provide a basis for rational selection of clinical antibiotics ,improve the effect of treatment of patients .Methods:Pharyngeal specimens of sputum-September 2013 to send in Sep-tember 2012 ,analysis with VITEK-2compact automatic microorganism Analyzer system for qualified clinical specimens for culture identification and drug sensitive test of bacteria ,pathogenic bacteria distribution and drug resistance analysis of the results of .Results:1534 copy respiratory secretion objects specimens for bac-teria training identification ,away from out disease original bacteria :main has patina fake single aborigines bacteria ,produced gas intestinal Bacillus ,colon Escherichia coli's bacteria ,pneumonia Klebsiella bacteria , Golden Staphylococcus ,Al-Shara's bacteria ,gathered mission intestinal Bacillus ,sewer intestinal Bacillus , Bow man not move Bacillus ,deformation Bacillus ,sildenafil citrate acid Bacillus and so on and the fungi strains total 815 strains .Detection rate of Candida albicans fungal infection is highest .Gram positive bacteri-al resistance to Vancomycin minimum ;gram negative bacteria to Asia of imipenem ,meropenem ,and pip-eracillin/tazobactam ,and amikacin ,cefoperazone ketone/sulbactam minimum resistance .Conclusions :The chronically prone to recurrent infections and pathogenic bacteria are widely distributed ,more severe drug re-sistance ,the rational use of antibiotics ,reduce the rate of drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria .Effectively prevent recurrent infections occur .
