根据塔河四区埋地管线腐蚀穿孔频繁发生的现状,现场进行管线外防腐层评价。通过塔河四区埋地PCM检测、阴极保护系统电位检测与效果评价、管线壁厚及结合四区管线内腐蚀介质腐蚀性资料等综合分析,结果表明塔河四区埋地管线阴极保护目前存在保护过度和不足的问题,PCM检测埋地管线外防腐层优良。管线腐蚀穿孔主要是内腐蚀引起的,随着塔河油田的逐步开发,各单井的含水率将逐渐上升,管壁腐蚀将更加严重,建议进行缓蚀剂的投加、管线进行内涂层,并对部分站内及长输管线采用玻璃钢管线。

근거탑하사구매지관선부식천공빈번발생적현상,현장진행관선외방부층평개。통과탑하사구매지PCM검측、음겁보호계통전위검측여효과평개、관선벽후급결합사구관선내부식개질부식성자료등종합분석,결과표명탑하사구매지관선음겁보호목전존재보호과도화불족적문제,PCM검측매지관선외방부층우량。관선부식천공주요시내부식인기적,수착탑하유전적축보개발,각단정적함수솔장축점상승,관벽부식장경가엄중,건의진행완식제적투가、관선진행내도층,병대부분참내급장수관선채용파리강관선。
The buried pipelines in the 4th area of Tahe oilfield were corrupted seriously and accidents happened frequently recently. Pipeline external coating evaluation, PCM detection, cathodic protection system potential detection, pipeline wall thickness detection and corrosion medium analysis were carried to analyse the corrosion reason. The results showed that perforation of pipeline was mainly caused by internal corrosion and the external coating was intact. But cathodic protection system existed excessive or insufficient problems. With the development of the Tahe Oilfield, the moisture content of each well will be gradually increased and the corrosion of pipelines will be more serious. In order to mitigate corrosion of pipelines, some measures such as corrosion inhibitor, internal coating and FRP pipes should be applied.
